Dual Wield

In the game: help dual wield

wield <primary weapon>
hold <secondary weapon>

This skill allows one to wield two weapons at once. Generally this means a smaller/lighter weapon in the holding hand. To use your secondary weapon you must HOLD it, not wield it. Most weapons cannot be held.

If you are not very good at this skill you will frequently fumble your weapons in combat.

This skill is primarily used by Rangers but a devoted single-class Thief can also learn to dual wield if only a suitable teacher can be found.
