Energy Restore

Gives a player back the experience that energy drain took from them, up to the most they had before they were drained. Only players can be restored. A level that was drained away is not given back by the spell: it has to be earned again, and the hit points lost with it return as it is. The spell exhausts a mortal caster, leaving them helpless for a short time.
