A shimmering font of life stands in The Common, on the west side of Daleville, and no one can fight there. Every few seconds it pulses and gives you back a tenth of your hit points, mana and movement, so you are whole again in about forty seconds, even when you are hungry, thirsty or poisoned. Now and then it hums loud enough to be heard from the rooms next to it.
It is the quickest way to recover between fights.
