Shows the Character pane's Your Buffs tab: the spells on you and how long each has left (the last few minutes in yellow), what you have from what you wear or of yourself, and anything harmful on you. Your age, weight, load, armor, abilities and hit and damage bonuses are on the Score tab, under the score.

Here are the armor class phrases in order (they may be affected by DEX and combat situations): Barely armored, Lightly armored, Medium armored, Fairly well armored, Well armored, Quite well armored, Very well armored, Extremely well armored, Armored like a Dragon.

Here are the hit bonus phrases in order (these may be affected by combat situations): Quite bad, Pretty lousy, Not much of one, Not bad, Pretty good, Very good, Remarkable, Awe Inspiring.

Here are the damage bonus phrases in order (these may be affected by combat situations): Quite bad, Pretty lousy, Not much of one, Not bad, Pretty good, Very good, Remarkable, Impressive, Tremendous, Breathtaking, Awe Inspiring.
